These terms govern your use of MindyPA websites, free resources, and digital products.

Educational content
Mindful Parenting Blog provides educational parenting content only. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis support.
Use of free materials
The Calm Parent Starter Kit and other free resources are for personal use only. Do not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.
Purchases and delivery
Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Lava. After payment confirmation, access is delivered to the email address entered at checkout and through the secure MindyPA library. You are responsible for entering an address you can access.
Digital product license
A purchase grants one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product. You may print copies for your own household, but you may not share the download, publish it, resell it, or use it to create a competing product.
Refunds
Refund eligibility follows the terms shown with the offer and any rights provided by applicable law. Contact hello@mindypa.site with the purchase email and product name. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider, after which access and download links are revoked.
No guarantees
Parenting tools can support calmer moments, but outcomes vary by child, family, context, and needs. We do not promise specific behavioral or emotional outcomes.
