Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MindyPA handles personal information when you use the website, request a guide, join an email list, or buy a digital product.
Effective date: July 13, 2026.
Information we collect
We may collect your email address, optional first name, optional child age range, signup source, consent record, timestamps, browser user agent, UTM parameters, referring page, landing path, and a one-way hash of your IP address for anti-spam and security. For purchases, we also store the product, price, currency, payment status, delivery status, and payment-provider transaction identifier. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver requested and purchased products, send emails you consented to receive, provide customer support, protect the service from abuse, maintain transaction records, and understand which resources are useful to readers.
Email delivery
We use our domain mailbox/SMTP and an internal queue to send messages. Marketing emails include preference and unsubscribe links. Transactional messages, such as purchase delivery and secure library access, may still be sent when you request them. Messages may contain an open pixel and signed redirect links so we can record delivery engagement and improve our emails.
Service providers
We use hosting, email-delivery, and payment providers to operate the service. Lava processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Children’s data
This website is intended for parents and caregivers, not children. Do not submit a child’s name, birthdate, school, address, photo, medical details, diagnosis, or private crisis information. The optional age range field is only used to make parent education more relevant.
Cookies and analytics
The storefront does not currently use advertising cookies. The site may use browser storage for a pending order reference and administrative sessions. Email engagement is measured as described above.
Retention and security
We retain purchase and operational records for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Email suppression records may be retained so an unsubscribe request continues to be respected. We use access controls, hashed tokens, encrypted HTTPS connections, and limited-access backups, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can manage preferences, pause emails, or unsubscribe using links in any marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact hello@mindypa.site. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
